What You Need to Know Before Booking
Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required for all services at the time of booking.
Appointments Only: We do not accept walk-ins; all services are by appointment only.
Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period applies to all services. Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in cancellation or rescheduling, with the forfeiture of your booking deposit.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee and forfeiture of the booking deposit.
No-Call/No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit or an additional fee.
Service Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies or special needs prior to or at the start of your appointment to ensure your safety and the best service experience.
Guest Policy: To maintain a calm and professional environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services be present during appointments. We respectfully request that you do not bring additional guests, including children or adults, who are not being serviced.
